Very impressed with this restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed the grilled cauliflower, lomito, and chocolate mousse. Everything tasted very fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The service was outstanding. The waiter was very knowledgeable and kind. Best dinner I’ve had in a long time.

Excellent food, service, and garden. Creative and healthy cooking. One of the few times in Guatemala that the medium rare lomito was actually.... medium rare. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious and flavorful! The sauces are unique. Beautiful place. Friendly service. Cannot say enough! I wonder if they deliver to South Florida? It’s that good!

GARDEN,
HARVEST,
TABLE,
GATHER,
LINGER,
REMEMBER.

HONEST COOKING:

SEASONAL, LOCAL, INTENTIONAL.

It begins in the soil, a few steps from your table.

Much of what you'll taste grew in the garden around you: picked at its peak, cooked the same day, guided by whatever the season decided to give. What the garden doesn't grow comes from nearby hands, small producers who move slow, follow the seasons, and care for the same land you're standing on.

The bar tells the same story. Herbs cut that morning, fruit at its ripest, spirits chosen with care and mixed for you on the spot. Tell the bartender what you love, and a glass gets built around it.

Nothing here is rushed or dressed up. The flavors are honest because the ingredients are: fresh, local, close to home. In every bite there's a little sun, a little rain, a little of the earth it came from.

And then there's the garden itself: string lights overhead, the evening settling in slow. A place made for lingering, for long conversations, for the kind of evening that ends far later than you planned.

So settle in. Share a plate, raise a glass, let the garden light do the rest. This isn't food to rush through: it's an evening to live, one that leaves you with a memory worth carrying home, and a reason to come back.

MENU

Every detail you find here has a reason to be. From the fresh, local and seasonal ingredients we use, to the flavors that seek to reconnect you with what is natural. We cook with respect: for the land, for those who grow it, for what grows nearby, and for you.

Many of the ingredients you taste come straight from the garden, a living space grown with regenerative practices that care for the soil and fill it with life. The rest comes from local producers who share that way of seeing the world: harvesting without rush, respecting the season, strengthening the community.

We cook with principles that matter to us and that represent us. We prefer what is simple and true. Every dish, every cocktail, every corner of this place is meant for you to feel good, to connect with your people, with your surroundings, and with yourself.

That is how sustainable gastronomy is done here: honest, creative and conscious. Thank you for being part of this space. Enjoy, celebrate, and make memories worth keeping.
